Often do not leave reviews but felt it was essential to leave this this one. Have been looking for a decent pair of headphones for a while now and my wife bought me a pair of JBL ones today. The sales assistant, Christel, was superb, very professional, polite and helpful. She was kind enough to understand my (way) less than perfect french. We have used Darty Vire for lots of purchases over the last few years and are always impressed with their excellent customer service. Thank you Christel for today and Alexi for previous purchases.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Got what I wanted even though the French/English conversation was a little difficult. This is my first choice for electronic and electrical white goods. Sale on at the moment so grab that bargain.

Very helpful lovely people. There's a lady that spoke English to us although she didn't have to. We arrived 10 minutes before evening closing and we wasn't rushed at all.
